Thank you for shopping with ENRG UP. We want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional time during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of ENRG UP’s control may occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because ENRG UP products may be fulfilled by different production and shipping partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. ENRG UP is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ENRG UP is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
